About these terms These terms apply when you use the Ledgerleaf store or buy one of our products. By placing an order you agree to them. They sit alongside our Refund policy and Privacy policy.
What you're buying Ledgerleaf products are digital downloads: fillable PDF planners, spreadsheet templates and browser-based tools, plus links to web versions of the tools where stated. Nothing is posted to you. Product pages describe what each download includes.
Your licence Each purchase gives you a personal licence to use the files for yourself and your household. Please don't resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, or give copies to other people. Professionals who would like to give copies to clients need a professional licence; contact us to arrange one. Ledgerleaf keeps ownership of the designs, text and code.
Not professional advice Ledgerleaf products are organisers, planners and calculators. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting or medical advice. Any figures they produce, such as tax, super, pay or grade estimates, are a guide only and depend on the information you enter. Check important decisions with a qualified professional, such as a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser or your university.
Your information What you type into a planner, spreadsheet or tool stays in the file or browser on your own device. We don't receive it. Keeping your files safe and backed up is up to you.
Prices and payment Prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never see your full card details.
Refunds and the Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund policy for how we handle faulty or incorrect downloads. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our liability To the extent the law allows, and except for the consumer guarantees above, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions made using our products. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to supplying the product again or refunding what you paid.
Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
