How do I get my files?

Straight after checkout you'll see a download link on screen, and we email it to you too. Everything is a digital download; nothing is posted.

What do I need to open the planners?

The planners are fillable A4 PDFs. Type into them with a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, or Preview on a Mac, or print them at home on A4 paper. Low-ink editions are included where noted.

How do the tools work?

The Casual Income Planner, Uni Assessment Planner, Freelancer Pricing Calculator and Creator Sponsorship Calculator open in your web browser, on a computer, iPhone or iPad, with no account needed. Your download includes the link and instructions. Excel and Google Sheets versions are included where noted on each product.

Is my information private?

Yes. Everything you type stays in the file or in the browser on your own device. We never see your entries.

Is this legal, financial or tax advice?

No. Ledgerleaf products are organisers and calculators. Estimates are a guide only. For decisions about wills, estates, tax or super, speak with a qualified professional.

Can I share the files with my family?

Your purchase covers you and your household. Please don't forward the files to other people; they're welcome to buy their own copy.

Can I get a refund?

Because the files arrive instantly, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a product is faulty or isn't as described, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.
