How do I get my files?
Straight after checkout you'll see a download link on screen, and we email it to you too. Everything is a digital download; nothing is posted.
What do I need to open them?
The planners are fillable A4 PDFs. Type into them with a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview on a Mac, or print them at home. The tools open in your web browser, including on iPhone, and come with Excel and Google Sheets versions.
Is my information private?
Yes. Everything you type stays in the file or browser on your own device. We never see your entries.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. Ledgerleaf products are organisers and calculators. They help you get organised and work things out, and they point you to the right people when you need professional advice.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files arrive instantly, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if something is faulty or isn't as described, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
