Refund policy

Digital downloads Everything in the Ledgerleaf store is an instant digital download. Because you receive the files straight away, we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy doesn't affect those rights. If a product is faulty, doesn't match its description, or doesn't do what we said it would, contact us and we'll fix it, send a replacement file, or refund you.

Problems with a download If a download link doesn't work or a file won't open, contact us through our contact page with your order number. Most issues are sorted out the same day.

How to ask for help or a refund Use our contact page and include your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
